Irrespective of the Operating system used - all the end customer needs to do is - press a button to fax any document, file , picture (in the system) - to any fax number in the world using vnfax network. All it requires is a small s/w to be installed at the users end. Now when the user wants to send the fax - all he needs to do is - Choose the Fax Button, instead of Print Button. A POP up window comes up - and the destination number is required to be filled in there. Hit send and the fax is gone. If the user remains online for few minutes - he receives a online confirmation of the fax delivery to the destination also. Fax Broadcast
Vnfax.com’s Fax Broadcast service provides customers the flexibility of sending the same document to multiple recipients internationally at the same time. The vnfax.com local node will store and maintain multiple recipient lists and provide customers detailed transmission reports. A local vnfax node is a necessity to use this service. Generally compatible with fax to fax service of Vnfax.
LAN/Wan-To-Fax
Customers located on a LAN/WAN can send faxes from any Windows application. The customer’s computer workstation forwards the fax to the LAN/WAN server, which forwards the fax to the vnfax.com local Member Node for delivery.
