The VNFax Network is monitored 24-hours a day, 7-days a week for quality fax transmission. Network transmissions are monitored and reported continuously enabling our technicians to make adjustments as necessary. Additionally, they assist and support any Network Member who may be affected at the time.
Node-to-Network Connection
Our team will assist you with all the technical aspects of your Node-to-Network connection. They are as close as your phone, fax, or e-mail to answer all your questions and guide you through any technical difficulties during our business hours. A technician is always available for emergencies.
Technical Research, Development and Network Implementation
Technical research, development and implementation of new network functions and products is intrinsic to the robust excellence of the VNFax Network. The VNFax Technical Support Center constantly reviews emerging technology and products for quality, compatibility, operational ease and salability to maintain our position in the marketplace. Additionally, they work very closely with our software experts to further develop our proprietary BOSS software features.
BETA Testing
To reduce the possibility of technical difficulties in the field for our Network Members, all new products and software updates and patches are rigorously BETA tested before release. Our Technical Support Center created a development platform specifically for this purpose. Necessary adjustments are made to the products or software before release to Network Members.
